VISION

La Ecuela Intermedia Logandale es una comunidad que se dedica a los estudiantes, personal, padres, y miembros de la comunidad que trabajan en unión para ayundar a los estudiantes a alcanzar su potencial máximo.

MISSION STATEMENT

Research shows that effective schools contain the following elements, which we strive to implement at Logandale: strong leadership that is focused on instruction and inclusive of others in leadership roles; a welcoming attitude toward parents, and formation of connections with the community; development of professional capacity, including high-quality teaching staff, good professional development and collaborative work; a learning climate that is safe, welcoming, stimulating and nuturing to all students; a strong instructional guidance and materials with and increased emphasis on technology. We will focus our efforts on these areas to realize our vision.

MISION

Estudios demuestran que escuelas que más son efectivas cuando contienen los siguientes elementos: los cuales nos compromentemos a implementar en Logandale: Liderazgo fuerte que se enfoca en la instrucción e inclusivo de las demás personas en papeles de liderazgo; una atitud agradable hacia los padres, y formación de conecciones con la comunidad; desarrollo de capacidad profesional, incluyendo una facultad de maestros de alta calidad, buen desarrollo profesional y trabajo colaborativo, un ambient de aprendizaje que es seguro, agradable, estimulante, y fomentador, a todos los estudiantes; fuerte consejería instruccional, y materiales con un énfasis incrementado en la tecnología.
